Easily start buying or selling or both on CCTV auction by registering. You can click "register" on the top middle of the home page or simply click here. Fill out the registration form and an e-mail will be sent to your e-mail to confirm your registration with us. After you confirm your registration, you will be able to log in by clicking "log in" on the top middle of the home page. You can also just type in your username and password on the top left in the "members area" and press "login". Now you can find the product you need to buy or start listing your products you want to sell. There are instructions on how to sell under the “Help” button on the upper right side of www.CCTVauction.com. Please click here to link to the “how to sell” instructions page. Everybody should be able to make good money when selling their products on CCTV auction. That is why I keep the end of auction fees really low. To view the end of auction fees, you can click on " SITE FEES" at the bottom of the home page or simply click here. If it is a "Buy It Now" item, you can click on the "Buy It Now" symbol and you can choose the quantity of this item you would like. Then, click on "proceed" to confirm your purchase. Once your purchase is confirmed, the seller of the item will be contacted. The seller will confirm that the item is sold to the buyer. After the seller confirms your order, you can then make your payment to the seller. To do this, go to "Won Items" and then you can click on message board on the right side. This will allow you to do direct payment to the seller. When a buyer buys an item from you, you will need to go to "Sold Items" on the right side under the category "Selling". This section will show all the items you have sold on your account. A buyer can only send payment after you pay for the end of auction fee. To do this, you click on "Pay end of Auction Fee" on the right side of the item you have sold. After you pay the end of auction fee, the buy of the item will be able to send you payment for the item. If some time has passed and they have not made payment, you can also send them an invoice by clicking "Send Product(s) Invoice" under the item that was sold to this buyer. This will send a message to the buyer for them to make their payment to you. When a buyer buys an auction, you will need to pay the end of auction fee in order to see they buyer's information. You will need to go to "Sold Items" on the left side under the category "Selling". This will show you all the items that you have sold. After you pay the end of auction fee, you click on "message board" which is on the right of the item you sold. The message board will have the buyer's Full name, address and e-mail address. To contact the buyer or seller, you will use the "message board". The message board will allow buyers and sellers to communicate with each other for any questions or information. You can click on "Contact Us" on the upper right hand side. Fill out the sections and click "proceed". I will answer any questions ASAP.
